Circle Vector

Cone Vector
The electrode process from the peak of the cone and move downwards in radial manner. The angle of each processing interval can be set. The smaller the angle setting, the more intensive and the number of times the processing is. This function is used to improve the sharpness of the corner.
Square Vector

Filter

3 Jaw Chuck
Three-jaw collets are typically used to hold smaller rod electrodes. A ferrule is attached on the collet, and the user can connect the EDM oil pipe to the collet. The advantage of this design is that during processing, the EDM oil can flow down along the electrode to improve slag discharge and avoid carbon deposition.
Permanent Magnetic Chuck
Permanent magnetic chuck can be used to quickly fix magnetic work pieces without using any fixtures.
Oil Chiller
When using high current for processing, chiller can effectively maintain the dielectric temperature and maintain the accuracy of the mold.
